Shipping Options: Currently, we ship via UPS and USPS to the contiguous United States. You will receive a separate tracking number after your package has shipped. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misaddressed packages. 

Processing Times: Please allow up to 5 business days for shipping. 

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated by a third-party system that provides our rates based on size, weight, and distance. 

In-Store Pickup Options: We offer In-Store pickup at both locations. Please allow up to 7 days for inventory to be transferred if needed. You will receive an email when your items are ready for pickup.

Local Delivery: Currently we do not offer local delivery in Beaverton, however, if you would like to inquire about delivery in Cannon Beach, please contact our staff directly at 503-436-4385.

Plants are non-returnable or refundable. Unused goods other than plants are eligible for exchange or store credit up to 14 days after purchase. Please email [email protected] with your order number and any issues.  Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the purchaser.
